The Idea: Kevin Collins
Kevin is a proud Corkonian who has been a keen festivalgoer for as long as he can remember. “There are two schools of thought here and I can only speak for the way that I did things when creating the concept for this festival, which is that we followed our hearts and created a vision of the kind of festival that we ourselves would love to go to.
I have a great backroom team behind me with decades of festival organisation behind them, from sound, lighting, security, event management, and hospitality experts the journey so far has been an exciting cauldron of ideas and creativity.
The Food: Bryan McCarthy
Bryan McCarthy is a native of Glandore in West Cork and has worked extensively building his Career in some of the countries finest restaurants & dining rooms. His cooking is best described as terroir or locavore and based in a modern Irish style.
